Ross Hollands - General Manager

Our General Manager, Ross Hollands has over 18 years experience working in Local Government in Senior Management Roles including 13 years as a CEO, and also 12 years recruitment experience within the Industry. Ross has a Bachelor of Commerce and Graduate Diploma of Management.

Ross' extensive experience includes the management of urban water supplies and wastewater systems including reticulation, mains, water sourcing, storage, groundwater, treatment and discharge.

With Ross' experience and knowledge of the Water Industry he leads our Team in finding suitable Employees for the Industry throughout Queensland.

Faith Della Sabina - Senior Recruitment Consultant

Our Senior Consultant, Faith Della Sabina has over 9 years experience in recruitment and human resources including 7 years water recruitment experience with our team. Faith holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in Human Resources Management. Faith can assist you with your Executive, Permanent and Temporary recruitment needs.
